Isn't it surprising when something from a contemporary car engine is actually familiar. What's even more surprising is that the spark plug was invented either in 1903 by Oliver Lodge or 1839 by Edmond Berger. 1839? Yikes! I'm going to go with the 1903 date, that's over a century! So aren't these critters cute? Considering they're something that haven't changed substantially in 100 years, Fred has made these castoffs into a swarm of friendly flies you actual want to invite into your kitchen. Also available as house plant embellishments on metal posts. Stay tuned.
While spark plugs and sizes vary somewhat, the approximate measurement is 3" x 4". American. Handmade. Recycled.
